New App Supports Medication-Assisted Treatment of Opioid Use Disorders

matx-flyerMATx, a free mobile app by SAMHSA that supports practitioners in providing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, is now available for download.

The app provides information on treatment guidelines, helplines, and other resources. Individuals receiving Medication-assisted treatment for an opioid use disorder, often demonstrate dramatic improvement in addiction related behaviors and psychosocial functioning.
